Yes all of the pots and planters across all of our ranges are frost resistant and have been tested up to -20°C. Our supplier has certificates of frost resistance tests made on all of the clays used in their production process, these can be seen under the product section. For more information please click here. All of the items on the website have their dimensions and weight shown. All items will be delivered on a pallet. The pallet will be delivered by lorry which has facilities to handle much heavier items. Please ensure that the delivery address is suitable for a lorry and has sufficient space for offloading Please also be aware that if the delivery address has a gravel driveway, the pump truck which is used to deliver the items may not be able to operate and will therefore have to set down the pallet. Global-Gardens have added a picture gallery which can be found here so that you can see some of our pots in situ. Thepots are stored in Hampshire just off junction 5 of the M3, for customers who may wish to visit us and view the pots prior to purchase can do so by either e mailing us on enquiries@global-gardens.co.uk or by telephone on 07785 515925 and we will arrange a convenient appointment. Postage and packaging will be charged during the ordering process and applies all deliveries within mainland UK. Alternatively please email enquiries@global-gardens.co.uk for a quote. Delivery Surcharges apply to Non mainland addresses including Northern and Southern Ireland. For International deliveries, please e mail enquiries@global-gardens.co.uk with details of the items you wish to purchase and we will respond with a quotation for delivery costs. Customers may pay by cheque or bank transfer and the details will be shown during the online ordering process. You may order by post please send your full name, address and telephone number with details of the items you require. Your order should include the model name, model and size code of the pots required along with your cheque made payable to Andrew Dickinson for the total value of the goods you wish to purchase.
